Our surveyors spend a lot of time in hotels during the course of a working week and MobileCAD have surveyed lot of hotels in the past. Last month two of our surveyors carried out a Measured Building Survey of the Richmond Inn, a lovely hotel with more then 40 rooms over 4 floors, the hotel also features a Bar and Restaurant.

MobileCAD were tasked with producing a Measured Building Survey of the Hotel comprising of a Site Survey, Floor Plans, Loft Plan, Roof Plan and Elevations plus Sections to be produced during draw up. Using our Leica Total stations paired with Tablet PC’s with surveying software, the two surveyors on site completed the survey in 6 working days.

While the survey was still in progress, the office team were already working on the drawing package and within 7 days of the survey completion the drawing package of topographical survey, plans, elevations and sections of this large hotel were completed and issued to our client.
