Moat Hall
MobileCAD were appointed to carry out a Measured Building Survey of this 5 Bedroom property in York which is part of a small country estate.
The Grade II listed cottage dating back to the 16th century features large gardens, out buildings and 3 reception rooms. The exact origins of Moat Hall are not known, it is believed it sits on the site of a much older property that could have possibly been moated and hence its name, although this has not been confirmed.
Using our Leica Total Stations and Disto the Measured Building Survey took just under 3 days to complete with drawings including site plan, plans & elevations returned to our client within 48 hours of the survey completion.
