MobileCAD were appointed to carry out a Measured Building Survey & Topographical Survey of this 64,000 sqft commercial property in Southend-on-Sea. the property had been vacant for an extended period of time and the owner was looking at the feasibility of redeveloping the building.
The 12 storey building plus underground car park, roof plan along with elevations and site plan took 8 days to survey by one of the MobileCAD surveying team. Drawings were produced in the MobileCAD drawing office including site plan, plans, elevations & sections within 5 working days of the survey completion.
